Quick Sausage Curry



Serves Up to 6-8 People

Ingredients

2 pints of cold water
220g of youngs concentrated chinese curry mix
2 pork links
2 beef links
2 large onions
1/4 cup gee
2 tbs chilli relish (optional)
Chopped green peppers (optional)


Directions

oven cook the sausage if its meat of a low quality if not it would break up in the water if you tried to boil it, If its good quality meat then just boil the sausage till cooked then strain about 2 pints of the water into a pot wait till cold add the 220g of youngs concentrated chinese curry mix. Cook on full. Stiring all the time. Once it starts to thicken bringthe temp down to below a simmer and stir till its thick enought for your needs. While thats being done I start to fry the Green Peppers 5 mins later I add the onions in ghee and extra virgin olive oil till there cooked thre or look nice and translucent. Now add the onions to the sauce and mix well. Now chop the links and slice sauasge and add to the sauce and onion mix. Your now ready to enjoy. If you like it hot add the optional chilli relish.
